Tapas Dining??
 
 Originating centuries ago in the taverns of Andalucia in southern Spain, tapia was simply a slice of cured ham or chorizo sausage placed over the mouth of a wine glass (some say this was to keep flies out of the drinks). The verb tapar means "to cover"; thus the origin of the word tapa. As the custom grew, so did the selection of tapas.

The Spanish tradition of tapas, eaten between the lunch and dinner hours, has evolved into a style for eating where people gather in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere to enjoy spirits and sample many "little meals."

Inspired by this wonderful tradition, we offer our interpretation — a bounty of tastes presented at our tapas bar with a fine selection of wines by the glass.
